The key to feeling better and being more spiritually attuned is always to raise your frequency. Here are some instant frequency boosters that will have you flying high in no time!

Palm-Rub Sevens

Place your palms together and rub back and forth, seven rubs. Once you are used to what seven rubs feels like, speed up your rubbing so that one set of seven takes only a second or two. Pay attention to the sensations in other parts of your body while doing this—tingles! Do multiple sets of this whenever you feel the need to rev up your frequency. Seven sets of seven really works spectacularly!

Infinity Bridge

Close your eyes and imagine that there is an infinity symbol (a horizontal figure 8) bridging your left and right brain hemispheres, with one loop on each side and the crossover point in the center where the corpus callosum would be. See the symbol lit up with energy, and see this energy using the symbol as a kind of track. Run the energy along the lines of the symbol rapidly, as many times as feels right to you. Your eyes will probably want to sweep along with the energy as it goes around and around. Remember to breathe!

Quick Mini-Meditation

With your eyes closed, face forward, roll your eyes downward toward your chin and hold (unless you do regular eye exercises, you will feel a mild strain). Gradually roll them upward (should take about 10 seconds), stopping when they are pointing toward your 3rd Eye (center of your forehead). This, too, will cause a mild, and not unpleasant, strain. Hold for 10 seconds, and release eyes to relaxed position. You will be a little spacey immediately after doing this, so it's probably not wise do it at a stoplight when you’re driving!

And always, always stay super-well hydrated. You are an electromagnetic entity and being hydrated is necessary for attainment of higher frequency and the health, joy, and fulfillment it offers.

Instant Healing with Magic Eraser Technique by Dr. Laura De Giorgio
All of us make mistakes. That's part of a learning process and learning is a life-long experience. As long as we live and breathe, we're bound to keep on learning something new and we're likely to make some mistakes along the way. Mistakes are not so much of a problem in themselves. They become a problem when we hold onto them, when we get fixated onto them, when we become attached to them as if they were great treasures, until they become so deeply embedded in our minds, emotions, and bodies that they prevent us from fully enjoying the present moment.

Perhaps you can think of some experiences in your life that you wish never happened – experiences from the past to which you still feel in some way mentally and emotionally attached, and even though they may be long gone, they are unsettling you or even causing you some pain when you think about them. The pain may be mental, emotional or physical (it may have even expressed in a form of physical illness). It's nice to know that you have the power to erase it – from your mind, emotions and body, from your energy field as a matter of fact, as if it never happened, allowing you to more fully enjoy the present moment.

The technique which I like to call "it never happened" or "magic eraser" is the essence of all spiritual practices and plays a major role in shamanic and esoteric practices. Sometimes it is labeled as the "practice of forgiveness", sometimes as the "practice of emptiness". After all it's much easier to build something new, something you'd desire to experience now, starting with a clean slate, than upon undesirable leftovers from the past.

There are varying degrees to the practice of this technique. They depend upon your purpose for using this technique, upon your perception of the world and therefore upon what you may feel is safe for you to let go of.

At the very basic level of application, what you are doing is letting go of emotional attachment to some specific experience, which seems to be the source of greatest pain and obstacle in your life. Some of the applications may deal with healing some pain from broken relationships, or from any other kind of loss, getting rid of addictions, and even recovering completely from illnesses which are believed to be "incurable". "It never happened" technique is the essence of "instant healing".

On a higher spiritual level of practice, for example, you'd practice letting go of emotional attachment to everything that is "manifested", everything that is not the "Source" itself. The feeling of safety in letting go of everything in the material world comes from being aware (experientially, not just intellectually) of the Source and shifting your sense of identity from your physical body to your spiritual self, to the Source itself.

I will write more about forgiveness later on, but for now I'd like to mention that forgiveness is not about encouraging or condoning hurtful behavior, nor is it about shoving it under the carpet and forgetting about it. Forgiveness is about letting go of the emotional attachment to the situation, behavior or person that has caused you pain. If something or someone is causing you repeated pain and you don't know how to deal with the specific situation, you may completely remove yourself from it. Forgiveness is not about letting yourself getting hurt over and over again. It is about letting go of the ties that bind you to the past, about freeing the energy that is stuck in the past, so that you can more fully enjoy your life now.

And in the same way, "it never happened" technique is not about shoving unresolved issues under the carpet. It is about resolving them. It is about clearing them, washing them away, dissolving them into nothingness, so that you can use the freed energy to build the life you'd enjoy living now. The resolution is ultimately about liberating your emotional energy.

If you just attempt to forget about the painful event, to hide it from your awareness, to shove it deep inside you where you won't be aware of the pain it's causing you, sooner or later it will seek to be expressed in some way – and one of the most likely ways may be through some form of physical illness. That's why when people suffer from some chronic health problems, the moment they let go of past hurts and resentments, they often experience spontaneous recovery. It is useful to know that any hurtful feelings you hold onto are not doing damage to anyone else as much as they are dragging you down. That's why it's important to let them go.

You may have learned from your past experiences what you like to experience in life, what you'd rather do without, what makes you feel more alive, what drains your energy, who and what contributes to your sense of wellbeing and happiness and who doesn't and you can arrange your present life in accord with all that which you believe contributes to your greatest sense of wellbeing. And as you do, you can just let go of your emotional attachment to everything and everyone that doesn't contribute to your sense of wellbeing. Fill your mind and heart, and surround yourself as much as possible with that which makes you feel good, and let go of the past.

The ways of practicing "it never happened" technique are as varied as your imagination may allow. You may imagine a brilliant white light or a violet fire blazing through the situation you desire to dissolve. White or violet light will dissolve all inharmonies from the situation, leaving only that which is lovely, beautiful and harmonious. You can use them to heal any condition. You will know when you are done because your feelings toward that situation will change, the pain will be gone, sometimes even within just a few minutes of practice.

You can also imagine having a "magic eraser" and erasing the problem – this has worked well for some people working with addictions.

You can scan your body, by moving your awareness through your body from the top of your head all the way down to your feet and noticing any tense areas where blocked energy may be and imagine them dissolving into nothingness. You may also just breathe through those parts of your body, until the tension (or the pain) is gone.

This technique is sometimes used with physical injuries due to accidents in a way that you repeat the motions that lead to the injury, but with an alternative – desired ending. For example, if you accidentally cut your finger with a knife while chopping vegetables, you may repeat the motion with the knife, but where it was intended to go in the first place, without touching your finger. This will re-imprint the event in your subconscious mind and may instantly stop bleeding.

If you desire to change some life-long condition, you can go back in your memory all the way to the time before that condition happened for the first time (even to the time of your birth or before) and re-live your entire life in your mind as if that condition never existed in your life. You can at the same time replace it with desired experience and re-live your life as if you had the desired condition throughout your life. You should repeat this process as many times as necessary until the desired condition has been firmly impressed upon your subconscious mind and the effect is obvious in your outer experience.

For example, if you are using this technique for healing of "incurable" illness, you should keep repeating it for half-an hour, few times a day, every day, until the problem is gone. If you really get wholeheartedly involved in this process, you should notice visible improvement after each half-an-hour session.

This method of incorporating "it never happened" technique with "timelines" is one of my favorites as it has helped me to get rid of some apparently impossible to heal conditions in a very short period of time. If you need more help to go through this process, you can use New History Generator . Remember that the secret of the rapid success with self-hypnosis is in your willingness and ability to experience your desired condition as if it were real for you now, in your inner world, in your subjective experience. Your outer experience merely reflects your subjective experience.

The Power of Gratitude by Dr. Laura De Giorgio
Gratitude is not some mushy feeling. It is a powerful way of conditioning your subconscious mind for success. So many people focus on what they don't have and in this way further program their subconscious minds with the idea and feeling of lack and loss and guess what? That's exactly what they keep on enhancing in their life's experiences. In time it turns into a habit of expecting lack, loss. Some people then embark on a journey of looking for further proofs that life is a dreadful thing, filled with meaningless struggle, so they abandon all effort to make something out of it and begin acting in a way that actually invites more losses and dismal experiences. Then they wonder why they feel depressed.

While gratitude does include saying "thank you" to others, it really begins within, by appreciating things, people and circumstances we may have taken for granted – even if all we have is the air that we breathe, food, clothing, shelter. Perhaps you can think of some things that have been beneficial to you and which you might have taken for granted.

The next step, more challenging for most people, is feeling gratitude for dismal experiences in our lives, for those people and situations in our lives that brought us even some pain and discomfort. Suffering may be considered useful or useless.

Useless suffering is when we've gone through the experience and haven't learned anything from it. Useful suffering is when we've gone through the unpleasant experience but have gained some valuable lessons. Perhaps the unpleasant experiences have helped us to develop some skills and abilities we didn't feel motivated to develop before. Perhaps the unpleasant experiences have pushed us to the point where, unaware of any other choice to stop the suffering, we finally discovered incredible resources within ourselves, powers that were lying dormant and untapped. Perhaps now that we have learned how to move from the state of powerlessness and embrace the power within, we are better equipped to help others who are facing challenges we once faced – because now we know the way out and may offer others a helping hand. So, think now about some experiences you had in your life that you'd prefer you didn't have to go through and consider what have you learned from those experiences, and how have they actually enriched your life. The benefit of this new perspective is that once you've learned what you needed to learn from your experiences, you will not have to go through them again – you'll set them free, so to speak, and will be able to move on. You will also feel lighter, happier and will open the space in your life for more wonderful things to come your way.

Then, go one step further and think of those things you'd like to have in your life – feel how you would feel having them right now and express gratitude for them as if you already have them. Gratitude is the fastest way to draw those experiences into your life. When you feel gratitude for something, you acknowledge that you have already received it, you program this desirable experience as your reality into your subconscious mind, you expect it to happen, you begin looking for proofs that it is a part of your life, you begin acting as if this is true for you now and you begin to experience what may be nothing short of miracles.

Remember that your subconscious mind gets programmed by what you FEEL to be REAL for you NOW! When you express gratitude for something you'd like to experience as if you already have it now, you acknowledge that this desired experience is REAL for YOU now, you CLAIM it as YOUR OWN and you open the way for it to come into your life!

Fantasizing about great wealth is a frequent pastime for many of us. How wonderful it would be not to worry about paying bills, to be able to buy whatever we want, and have the freedom to travel as often as we’d like. It’s a lovely fantasy, but how accurate is it, really?

One mistake most of us make is believing that money will solve all of our problems, and our lives will become smooth and serene. Not true! Having more money might help ease certain struggles, but it will not transform our lives. If anything, having a lot of money will bring on a new set of problems beyond anything we might imagine.

Before we will TRULY be ready to handle increased abundance, we need to foster certain qualities within ourselves:

Self-Worth – We first need to be willing to believe that we deserve better financial circumstances. If we struggle with poor self-esteem and don’t have a positive self-image, we will continue to push abundance away when it presents itself. Though this is largely a subconscious process, we can gather clues from the rest of our lives to determine if this is an issue we need to work through. If we continuously resist positive changes in our lives, in everything from relationships to health habits, we might need to work more on our level of self-worth before we can accept true abundance.

Confidence/Courage – Wealthy people need to be strong people. Why? Because of all the shysters out there who would do anything to get their hands on our money. This could be anyone from close friends and family members to complete strangers and scam artists. If we are timid by nature and afraid to stand up for ourselves, we might subconsciously push prosperity away because we’d feel threatened by all the attention we would receive from others who want a piece of our pie. Wealthy people need to be shrewd, firm and confident about saying “No” when necessary.

Perspective – As mentioned above, money will NOT solve all of our problems. When we don’t have any money, it’s easy to convince ourselves that money holds much more power than it really does. In its tangible form, money is simply slips of paper and chunks of metal. It has no magical abilities. We don’t really want money, we want what money can provide us with! Understanding that money is simply a form of energy in our lives, we can learn to welcome the ebb and flow of financial abundance, and therefore attract more of it without being emotionally attached to it.

Responsibility – Though this is a hard thing to admit, we need to acknowledge the part we play in our lack of financial resources. We need to examine our own spending and saving habits. We need to look at the ways we might be careless with the money we do have, and the ways we set ourselves up to experience lack. If we live paycheck to paycheck and never seem to have enough left over, we might need to explore higher-paying jobs, or other avenues of income generation. We might need to learn how to wisely invest our money so it will grow, rather than continuously leak out of our budget. The truth is, proper handling of the money we do have right now will encourage more money to appear in our lives.

We need to remember that we create the quality of our own lives, moment to moment, and it all begins with our thoughts. If our lives don’t resemble the lives we’d rather be living, we can choose to examine the reasons for it, take responsibility for our actions, and make a commitment to improving our circumstances. While this can be a daunting task, how freeing it is to finally understand that it’s all within our control.

What have you been focusing on lately? On how well life is going for you? Or on how much business you’ve been doing compared to last year, or how well your superiors have been rating you? Or on how much your partner loves you and how much you revel in the relationship you’re having? On the excellent state of your bank account? On your ever-present good health and slim and trim physique? Or on the joy you experience each time you sit down to dinner with your teenage children? On the wonderful vacation you came back from recently and the even more exciting one you are planning for the near future? Or on the good way you feel about yourself and all the things you are creating and doing with your life?

What You Think is What You Are

I can just hear you spluttering. “What kind of romantic thinking is this? Where do these ideas come from? I don’t know anybody who thinks like that.”

True. Most people don’t think like that. In fact, most people think the exact opposite of that. Most people concentrate on all the things that are going wrong with their lives. Most people spend much of their time thinking about their problems and wondering how they are going to solve

them. Most people think about all the things that could go wrong with their lives or about the people or events that stand in the way of their success. Most people think and think and think about whatever it is that worries them, because they believe that that is the way to resolve the problem. The fact is that most people focus so much on what they are afraid of, or what bothers them, or what stresses them, or what they don’t know how to solve, that they are giving all or most of their conscious and subconscious energy to a negative outcome – the problem.

What Kind of an Outcome Do You Want?

Consider this: the more you give your energy to one thing, the more that thing has a possibility of coming into being. If you concentrate on getting a university degree, you will most likely achieve that goal. If you concentrate on writing a book, you will again probably achieve that goal. But what happens if you continually tell yourself, while you are concentrating on getting the degree, that you are not intelligent enough to pass the exams, or that you simply are incapable of understanding the course material? And what happens, if you continually tell yourself while you are concentrating on writing the book, that you will never be able to write well, or that your story is not good enough? Obviously you are not only undermining yourself and sabotaging your desired outcomes, but you may also be creating a self-fulfilling prophecy.

Focus and Intention

So what can you do? Let’s assume you are convinced that you lack the intelligence to pass the exams. Or that you are convinced that you will never write well. You have a goal, and that goal is to get a degree or to write a book. In order to focus on that goal, your mission is to ensure that your thoughts are aligned with – or intentionally focused on – that goal. Therefore, whenever your thoughts stray from the goal into negative territory, you need to pull them back into the arena of positive results.

Goals and Fears

But focusing on a desired goal is very hard for a very simple reason: we are far too used to focusing on the fears surrounding the goal (I am so afraid I will never have a great relationship, rather than imagining in your mind’s eye the great relationship in the way you want it to be; or how will I ever get that promotion rather than imagining in your mind’s eye the way you will feel when you do get the hoped-for promotion).

How to Focus

So how do you focus? When you worry, and your mind goes around and around a problem, or some stress in your life, you are very focused on the problem. It is exactly at that moment that you need to re-focus and see your desired goal or outcome in your mind’s eye, rather than all the problems you associate with it. The more time you spend on whatever it is you want to have in your life – whether this is a material goal, a professional goal, a relational goal, or whatever – makes absolutely no difference, the more you will be in a position to achieve it, to attract it into you life. The more you think – and focus – on that goal in a positive way, the more likely it is that you will attain your desired outcome. This is the Law of Attraction.

Intentionally Re-focus on the Positive

Remember: the time you spend worrying about the desired outcome is time spent focusing on the opposite of what you want, so become very aware of all your thoughts and focus them in the right direction. Do this consistently each time you catch yourself thinking the negative version of your goals until intentionally re-focusing on the positive becomes second nature.

This habit is like strengthening a muscle, if you do it every day, it will happen more and more frequently, and soon you will find that not only do the majority of your thoughts focus on the positive direction of your goals, but that those positive goals become part of your reality.
